Tilly e a reação à Ocupação
eu tava lendo um texto do Charles Tilly ("Social Movements as Historically Specific Clusters of Political Performances") pra um trabalho, daí em certo momento ele fala isso:
"(...) social movement actions and social constructions countered the objections that ruling classes and authorities commonly made to inconvenient demands from relatively powerless people: that they were a handful of malcontents, that the bulk of the people in their category disagreed with them, that they had adequate legal means of redress, that their actions threatened public order, that unscrupulous powerseekers were manipulating them, that they were asking for impossible or destructive concessions."
ele tá falando sobre a reação ao surgimento dos movimentos sociais na Grã-Bretanha dos séculos 18 e 19.
pensando na reação à ocupação da reitoria da USP, é de se notar que as classes dominantes e as autoridades não ficaram muito mais criativas com o passar dos séculos...
